Digital Transformation Director

This role is a key part of our organization's efforts to drive digital transformation and excellence in our manufacturing site. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve our efficiency profile and carbon footprint.

You will lead the development and execution of our organization's digital transformation strategy, working closely with global supply chain and councils to identify emerging digital technologies and prioritize innovation opportunities. Your goal will be to drive overall achievement of digital capabilities and roadmap.

As the site Subject Matter Expert for digital, problem solving, and innovation, you will support daily business operations and function as the site leader in your absence. You will also lead crisis management situations and drive mindset and behavior changes across the site through leadership of various initiatives and capability building.

You will leverage advanced analytics, intelligent automation, data science, and other cutting-edge technology to continuously improve processes and enable prioritization and resource allocation to drive greater value and efficiency in our overall site portfolio.

Requirements for this role include a minimum of 10 years of operations, manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, warehousing, customer service, and/or related field experience. You must have demonstrated leadership experience and strong analytical skills, as well as professional judgment and financial acumen.
