Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying reservations and requesting payment as necessary.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist guests with requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
