Infosys is on the lookout for a
Strategic Client Executive within its
Financial Services division.
The individual will oversee all client interactions within the designated account scope and, in collaboration with the Senior Client Executive / Group Managers, formulate a comprehensive account strategy for effective client management.
Typically, the Strategic Client Executive manages a singular account or a segment of a larger account with a Profit & Loss (P&L) range of $30MM to $50MM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client relationship management and business expansion: cultivate client relationships, develop a portfolio valued at $30-40M, and take ownership of the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close.
Client Delivery Assurance:
collaborate with all delivery stakeholders to ensure that all commitments to the client are met.
Account Strategy and Governance:
devise the account strategy encompassing necessary relationships, opportunities to pursue, pricing decisions, etc.
- Facilitate client introductions and provide customer context to internal teams. Navigate the account to identify diverse deal types; form and lead pursuit teams, recommend and defend competitive pricing, comprehend client motivations and competitor actions, interface with clients regarding expectations, develop the account strategy, and review and adhere to it.
- Drive Master Service Agreements (MSAs) / Statements of Work (SOWs) and payments (Accounts Receivable), resolve delivery escalations and concerns, and mentor the account team to demonstrate business value to the client.
- Maintain the Infosys pricing advantage, enhance client satisfaction, and expand the account in accordance with the established account strategy WITHIN the assigned account.

- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required. We will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education and 11+ years of experience, with a strong background in sales/relationship management/account management.
- Extensive business development and project management experience.
- Experience in the relevant industry/vertical.
- Proven track record of engaging and building relationships with CXO-level client contacts.
- Hands-on experience in proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Diverse experience in IT and business consulting engagements.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required; we are unable to sponsor this position at this time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Solid understanding of industry-specific business challenges and drivers.
- Experience with Global Delivery Models.
- Experience managing large, multi-location consulting engagement teams.
- Proven track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship.
