Job Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Financial Specialist for our esteemed client. This role is a full-time permanent opportunity, and we are keen to engage with qualified candidates soon.


Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee a comprehensive range of financial operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Daily Cash Management, Sales Reporting, and Account Reconciliations, along with Month-End closing tasks. Given the nature of the industry, managing Inventory Counts will also be a critical aspect of your responsibilities.

This position will report directly to the Owner.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Execute A/P, A/R, and other financial tasks in accordance with established protocols and as instructed by the Owner and occasionally the Office Manager.
  • Track daily cash flow and maintain a daily transaction log.
  • Compile daily sales and backlog reports.
  • Engage in effective communication with team members across various departments as necessary.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and manage month-end closing activities.
  • Assist in inventory cycle counts and comprehensive physical counts.
  • Ensure and uphold robust internal controls to maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
