As a Permanent Structural Lead Engineer, your duties will encompass:
1. Directing and supervising a team of structural engineers while collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Overseeing the design, development, and execution of intricate structural engineering projects, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
  • Leveraging your knowledge in steel, Revit, and foundational structural design to devise innovative and effective solutions.
  • Implementing thorough project management strategies, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting, to guarantee timely and cost-effective project completion.
  • Conducting regular team meetings, offering guidance and support to team members, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive work atmosphere.
  • Ensuring all engineering designs and processes align with safety regulations and quality benchmarks.
  • Communicating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing consistent updates on project status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Permanent Structural Lead Engineer position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.

  • A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in structural engineering, particularly in steel, Revit, and foundational structural design.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong technical capabilities, with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other structural design tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team and effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of industry safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to precision and excellence.
  • The capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently and perform under pressure to meet stringent deadlines.
