Position Overview

:

We are seeking a qualified Civil / Structural Engineer with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, possessing 4 to 12 years of pertinent experience in a reputable design environment. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with design office methodologies and proficiency in computer-aided design and 3D modeling applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis and design of Unistrut, steel, and concrete structures, as well as foundations, utilizing both software and manual techniques.
  • Generate calculation reports, material and service requisitions, technical specifications, and quantity take-offs, while providing essential input for design drawings throughout all project phases.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of drawings prepared by design teams.
  • Engage in conceptual studies and proposals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of a 4-year degree from an accredited institution in Civil Engineering.
  • Candidates with a Master's degree in a relevant field will be given preference.
  • Understanding of engineering techniques and design calculation principles.
  • Familiarity with detail engineering deliverables and a comprehensive understanding of the design workflow, including relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of engineering procedures and design guidelines.
  • Basic comprehension of the roles of various engineering disciplines in project execution.
  • Hands-on experience with software such as STAAD.Pro, GTStrudl, or ETABS.
  • Awareness of applicable standards and codes, with preference for candidates knowledgeable in international codes (US, British, Euro, Canadian, Australian).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Preference for candidates skilled in 3D structural modeling software, including S3D, Navisworks, or Revit.
  • Level I: 4-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Level II: 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
