Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- A valid Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- At least 5 years of experience in structural engineering, emphasizing steel, Revit, and foundational structural design.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and team leadership.
- Strong technical capabilities, with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other structural design tools.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and perform under pressure to meet stringent deadlines.
