Job Summary:
As a key member of the University of Tennessee's printing department, the Print Order Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer service and efficient order processing. Key responsibilities include entering print orders received via email and web into the print order entry system, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, and assisting walk-in customers with paper and bindery options. Additionally, the Print Order Coordinator will research and identify previous jobs, enter data, and create orders in the print MIS to create job jackets, check the status of current jobs, and file completed job jackets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or equivalent - Associate or Bachelor degree preferred.
One year of experience in customer service and order entry.
Experience with Windows based PC computers and Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
One year of experience in printing or bindery operations preferred.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop, Illustrator, etc.) or other graphic design software preferred.
Experience with various types of paper and other printing substrates preferred.
