About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) Technical Consultant to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a GTM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support and enhancements in a techno-functional role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle GTM applications.
  • Provide hands-on technical, functional & development support for implemented GTM modules.
  • Gather and document business requirements on IT incidents and change work.
  • Document and manage technical specifications and software packages.
  • Configure and deploy Oracle GTM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze global trade compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and legal, to integrate GTM solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, integration setups, and business processes.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Support, Maintenance & Enhancements
  • Extensive experience in Technical design, development on Oracle GTM
  • Proficient in Advanced PL/SQL, Oracle BI Reports, Interfaces
  • Ability to work in onsite/offshore model
  • 70% functional knowledge, 30% technical knowledge
  • Overall, 10+ years of experience
Preferred Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud GTM modules and their configurations
  • Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, data integration, reports, workflows etc.
  • Experience with integration tools and techniques for connecting GTM with other systems
