Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements, managing communication, team coordination, and project lifecycle from planning to final recommendations.
  • Develop expertise in forecast model building and therapeutic categories aligned with Viscadia's focus and client needs.
  • Synthesize findings and analyses into executive presentations, delivering an evidence-based narrative.
  • Present forecast models and analyses to senior client executives.

  • Guide and mentor team members to ensure project success and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to talent acquisition by devising and executing strategies to attract and onboard new talent.
  • Take ownership of internal practice development and capability-building initiatives.
  • Participate in idea generation and innovation to expand company services and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with coursework in quantitative, business, or related fields.
  • 4-6 years of experience working in analytics and/or consulting space in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prior experience in developing forecast models and/or working on commercial assessments preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prior experience with client interactions and ability to deliver clear and concise presentations.
