Oracle R12 WMS Technical Lead

Onshore SCM Techno-Functional SME/Oracle Apps R12 Warehouse Management, Order Management, Shipping, and Inventory Techno-functional Consultant
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Lead for Oracle R12 WMS, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on the implementation and support of Oracle R12 WMS. This includes:
- Configuration of Oracle R12 WMS modules, including facility setups, order types, pick release rules, WMS picking and putaway rules, LPN management, and item setups.
- Well-versed with Oracle MSCA screens and customization, both technically and functionally.
- Addressing functional issues promptly and providing effective resolutions.
- Implementing and optimizing Oracle R12 WMS integrations with other systems.
- Experience with Oracle integration with warehouse automation systems.
- Developing, maintaining, and enhancing custom solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.
- Troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring data consistency.
- Troubleshooting data corruption issues and working with product vendors for data fixes and permanent fixes.
- Analyzing existing warehouse processes and recommending improvements.
- Providing guidance on best practices for Oracle R12 WMS utilization.
- Conducting training sessions to educate juniors on Oracle R12 WMS functional aspects.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle R12 WMS implementations and support.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle R12 WMS, including functional setups, configurations, and integrations.
- Experience with Oracle Forms/Reports and PL/SQL development.
- Experience with end-to-end AMS projects and relating KPIs (SLA).
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, IT Management, and technical teams.
- Certifications in Oracle R12 WMS or related areas (preferred but not mandatory).
