About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our team at InterSystems. As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing robust client solutions around our IRIS and TotalView products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation and Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
  • Project Management: Work collaboratively with the customer project team, our internal global InterSystems financial solutions team and associated IRIS teams to satisfy customer project requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Architect and design database solutions that align with clients' business goals and industry best practices.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Present strategy and project plans to customer stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in business consulting to clients focused on digital transformation, data integration and management, building operational and / or analytic applications, with deep knowledge of data management architectures, technologies, and high-quality application design.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability to identify, shape, sell, and lead management consulting work commercially, working collaboratively with client leaders and teams
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong technical and business writing skills
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
