Veterinary Client Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their pets.
Responsibilities- Client Communication: Welcome clients in a friendly, helpful, and compassionate manner, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and review documents and medical records accurately and completely, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Client Education: Educate and advise clients regarding our services and practices, promoting a deeper understanding of our veterinary care.
- Scheduling and Admissions: Process appointments, emergencies, and client requests while ensuring the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our clients at all times.
- Financial Transactions: Process invoices and payments accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Record Keeping: Update and maintain client/pet records and files in accordance with our legal requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative duties, such as scanning, faxing, and emailing, as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience in veterinary medicine or working with animals is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with EzyVet is a plus, and proficiency in computer skills is required.
- Communication and Multi-Tasking: Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills are necessary for our fast-paced hospital environment.
- Professionalism: Displays the highest degree of professionalism at all times with customers and co-workers.
- Organizational Skills: Must be organized and detail-oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions.
- Calm and Composed: Capable of staying calm and exercising sound judgment in challenging situations.
- Appearance: Present a neat, well-groomed appearance at all times.
The base yearly range for this position is $37,440 - $45,760. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
