Role Responsibilities

The Client Service Representative is the initial point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in establishing trust and confidence in our services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and their pets, managing phone inquiries, and directing them to examination areas.
  • Understanding common zoonotic diseases and their prevention measures.
  • Assessing and prioritizing cases, distinguishing between routine and emergency situations.
  • Conducting follow-up calls and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Explaining service fees and processing payments accurately.
  • Responding to inquiries about our products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and correspondence.
  • Handling all financial transactions, including invoicing and deposits.

Qualifications
