Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at Enprotech, you will be responsible for maintaining current clients and prospecting for new customers in the metal forming and steel industry. Your primary goal will be to develop sales forecasts and territory plans, while acting as a liaison between customers and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining current clients and prospecting for new customers in stamping, forging, and metal forming equipment manufacture and repair.
  • Developing sales forecasts and territory plans.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and operations.
  • Developing key account growth plans.
  • Prospecting on target accounts through cold calling, trade shows, and referrals.

You will be working closely with the internal support team to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires frequent travel to prospects, customers, and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Minimum of 10 years sales experience in the Stamping, Forging, Steel, Paper, or Aluminum industries.
  • Experience developing relationships with Engineering, Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
