Job Summary

As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory strategy to maximize sales, identifying problems customers are trying to solve, and collaborating with our Regional Vice President to achieve key performance indicators.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update territory database
  • Develop territory strategy to maximize sales
  • Making sales calls with prospective customers
  • Identify problems customers are trying to solve
  • Collaborate with Regional Vice President to achieve KPI's
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, inspired to produce and to earn
  • Positive attitude and energy that wins business and inspires clients
  • Excellent communication, both verbally and written
  • High value on building strong customer relationships
  • Track record of exceeding sales quota
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles needed to close deals
  • Consultative selling skill set
