Role Overview:

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on developing revenue growth strategies for our key CPG-Food brand partners. Your strategic initiatives will create value for millions of users who rely on Pinterest for inspiration and actionable insights. You will cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within complex organizations and enhance their business outcomes across the marketing spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance, diversify, and retain the value provided to our partners, thereby increasing Pinterest's revenue.
  • Lead negotiations with partners to formulate joint business strategies and comprehensive learning agendas, ensuring a deep understanding of their business and media goals. Manage stakeholder relationships and organize regular discussions to address their needs and remove obstacles.
  • Coordinate internal resources to assist clients and agencies in overcoming high-level strategic challenges, ensuring alignment with partners' objectives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on key performance metrics and business trends to both internal teams and partners.
  • Own the narrative around Pinterest's value proposition, influencing advertisers' perceptions of the platform's role in their overall media strategy.
  • Deliver customized digital media strategies that cater to partners' specific marketing requirements and align with their business objectives. Transform data into compelling narratives that drive partner success, leveraging insights from the broader digital advertising landscape.
  • Utilize knowledge of client goals and collaborative strategies to boost advertising investments. Drive revenue growth through proactive planning, negotiations, and upselling, while navigating across various business lines and marketing objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance on product best practices and features, maintaining a thorough understanding of Pinterest's advertising products and their benefits. Stay informed about the evolving product landscape and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or digital sectors, with a strong technical background in Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies.
  • Established relationships within the industry and experience collaborating with senior business and marketing leaders.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing revenue targets.
  • Ability to articulate partner value across various organizational levels, including executive, operational, creative, media, and analytics teams.
  • Strong collaborative skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization and analytical problem-solving.

  • This position does not offer relocation assistance.

Work Environment:

  • Our work model is flexible, allowing for collaboration both in-office and remotely. This role requires in-person collaboration once a week, necessitating proximity to our offices.

Compensation:

This position is eligible for equity and incentive compensation. Salary will be determined based on various factors, including location and relevant experience. The base salary range for this role is $66,300—$140,500 USD.
