We are looking for a skilled sales leader to join our Voice AI division as VP, Sales Voice AI. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and scaling the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share in strategic verticals and regions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead a distributed team of Enterprise Account Executives and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, focusing on high-performance and continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance to senior leadership.

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on new product launches or experience working at startups in their early journey.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships from scratch.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing strategic sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building trust with C-level stakeholders.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
