About the Role

We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in customer-facing roles to handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and provide top-notch support to our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive timely and efficient service, while also resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints, using effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Collaborating with field technicians and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of plumbing services and industry terminology. You'll also need to be tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.

Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a related field.
  • An Associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., business, communications).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
