Summary:
Coordinate technicians, schedule service calls, and ensure timely completion of appointments for HVAC and temperature control systems.

Job Requirements:

  • One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or 3+ years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
  • Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • HVAC knowledge is a significant advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service resources and assign technicians to projects.
  • Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project requirements.
  • Input project locations into the system and generate work order documents.
  • Dispatch technicians and notify customers of service schedules.
  • Ensure timely completion of appointments and proper follow-up.
  • Interact and communicate with Project Managers and Area Service Managers to assign and dispatch technicians.
  • Manage customer interactions and satisfaction throughout the service process.


Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
