Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Provide leadership and direction to associates in day-to-day operations of the retail store.
    • Lead, coach, and mentor associates to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Branch Operations
    • Manage branch operations, including inventory control, customer service, and cash handling.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
    • Ensure customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage branch profitability, including budgeting and forecasting.
    • Monitor and control costs to achieve financial goals.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Monitor and analyze inventory turnover to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Development
    • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to associates.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience
    • Two plus years of experience in industrial retail, inside sales, customer service, and/or inventory control-related positions required.
    • Five or more years of experience preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
