Experiential Learning Associate

The Experiential Learning Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for coordinating and supporting student field experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate student field experience progress and development, working closely with faculty, staff, and external partners.
- Ensure seamless execution of field experience operations, including application review, site onboarding, and student support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as field sites and supervisors, to promote mutual understanding and cooperation.
The expected annual salary for this position is approximately $70,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications:- Masters degree from an accredited university required, preferably in counseling or a related field.
- PhD preferred.
- At least 3 years' experience with student support in a university setting required.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
