About the Opportunity

At the American Pharmacists Association, we are committed to helping pharmacists deliver the highest quality patient-centered care. We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Learning Management and Customer Experience to join our team and contribute to this mission.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in learning management systems, customer service, and eLearning design. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate with a dynamic group of professionals, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of pharmacists and their patients.

The salary for this role is estimated to be $75,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with employer match.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of learners.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer experience and ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including leadership, colleagues, and external partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in learning management systems, customer service, and eLearning design.
  • CPhT certification preferred.
