Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Learning Support Associate to join our team at Lena Sears Child Development Center. As a key member of our education team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to junior staff members, contributing to the development of curriculum and programs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services to children.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior management team to drive the development of our education program. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Contributing to the development of curriculum and programs
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services
  • Monitoring student progress and reporting to parents

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, generous paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
