About the Role

Flex Academies is seeking a dedicated and passionate Enrichment Learning Coordinator to join our team. As a Program Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational programs to elementary and middle school students.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans using Flex-approved curriculum and other resources.
  • Maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for students.
  • Communicating effectively with families regarding student behavior and daily activities.
  • Working collaboratively with fellow staff and school personnel to ensure a smooth program delivery.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • A passion for education and working with children.
  • Comfort with technology, including phones and laptops.
