Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Gaming Compliance Specialist to join our team at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission. As a Gaming Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our gaming operations and maintaining a fair and transparent regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of casino accounting records to ensure compliance with gaming laws and regulations.
  • Monitor casino operations to identify potential compliance issues and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with gaming laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other regulatory agencies to share best practices and ensure a consistent regulatory environment.
  • Conduct investigations into potential gaming law violations and prepare reports for senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, law, or public administration.
  • Minimum three years of experience in a regulatory or compliance role, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with casino operators, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
