About the Role

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission is seeking a highly skilled Gaming Agent to join our team at the MGM Springfield Casino. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regulatory investigations and prepare detailed reports to identify and address any potential issues or non-compliance with gaming laws and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with casino operators and managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Work closely with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to share intelligence and best practices in gaming regulation.
  • Monitor casino activities to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations, including revenue monitoring and gaming operations.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure effective regulation and compliance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three years of experience in an office or casino environment, or a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen intently and follow directions from multiple authorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
