  • Collaborate with hospital departments to develop and implement security protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate security incidents and develop reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and education to staff on security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
