Job Summary

  • Complaint Resolution: Review and resolve complaints from the public, licensees, and other gaming officials, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of experience in an office or casino environment, or a bachelor's degree.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven team player, ability to listen and follow directions, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
