- Investigations and Reporting: Conduct thorough investigations into suspected gaming law violations, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective action.
- Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with casino operators, managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Policy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Complaint Resolution: Review and resolve complaints from the public, licensees, and other gaming officials, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of experience in an office or casino environment, or a bachelor's degree.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills, proven team player, ability to listen and follow directions, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Competitive Salary: Salary is commensurate with experience.
