We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Intervention Specialist Bilingual-Senior to join our team at Twin Rivers Unified School District. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in education and experience working with at-risk students.
Key Responsibilities- Assist administrators, teachers, and other professionals in implementing strategically aligned programs and interventions to increase student engagement and participation.
- Train and mentor Behavior Intervention Specialists to ensure effective implementation of programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement plans to support students with attendance problems.
- Provide translation and interpretation services as needed to support students and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral or social science, education, or equivalent.
- Four years of progressively responsible experience working with at-risk students and community-based social services.
- Valid driver's license and current proof of automobile insurance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Twin Rivers Unified School District offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and employee life insurance. Full district contribution for employees working 6+ hours/day.
