Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support to individuals in crisis
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop actionable safety plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document clinical assessments and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies
  • Participate in regular consultations with program leaders to promote a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach

Requirements:

  • Current LCSW, LMFT, Psychology, or LPCC California licensure
  • Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills; sound clinical judgment
  • Two years of experience in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and counseling issues
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Experience with brief interventions, including Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
