Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Guest Environment Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne Miami. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests.

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas
• Deliver exceptional guest service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
