As a Senior Logistics Specialist at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will oversee and coordinate the logistical needs and asset management for clients across various locations, both within the continental United States (CONUS) and outside (OCONUS). You will play a pivotal role in a larger operations team, ensuring that all logistical plans and programs are effectively developed, assessed, and executed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and manage logistical assets and requirements, ensuring compliance with operational standards.
2. Develop, evaluate, and supervise logistics strategies, including the management of materials and equipment for deployments.
3. Maintain comprehensive documentation on customer networks to track logistical requirements affecting assets.
4. Process orders and coordinate deliveries to fulfill operational and client needs.

Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in logistics, materials management, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience in logistics or engineering support, encompassing planning, coordination, and documentation in a defense environment.
- Proficiency in database management systems for tracking extensive logistical requirements.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze data, gather technical information, and present logistics metrics effectively.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs and policies.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure contract deliverables are met from a logistics support perspective.
- Background in working with military services to validate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements and implement support plans.
- Experience in assessing production challenges and proposing solutions to leadership.
- Advanced degree or certifications in Logistics or Program Management.

Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Compensation:
Salary is determined by various factors, including location and individual qualifications. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 annually.
