Position Overview

Parsons Corporation is seeking a highly skilled OSINT Collector to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate management-related intelligence products and respond to data requests.
  • Formulate OSINT Collection Requirements in alignment with governmental directives, ensuring compliance with established protocols and accurate documentation in the designated systems.
  • Aid in the administration of the Army OSINT Enterprises' Collector Identifier Number Database, while producing Collection Management-related intelligence outputs.
  • Deliver timely and tailored intelligence regarding the information environment, ensuring it is easily shareable.
  • Facilitate the validation and integration of intelligence functions, while monitoring for critical indicators and warnings.
  • Enhance the context of intelligence by transforming isolated reports into comprehensive narratives within the theater's information landscape.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree.
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Proficient in providing intelligence support for operational planning, joint training exercises, and strategic engagement across various Areas of Operational Responsibility (AOR) and Areas of Interest (AOI).
  • Skilled in monitoring and analyzing political, military, and economic developments within AORs and AOIs.
  • Knowledgeable in assessing ongoing and future political-military dynamics, military capabilities, and weaponry developments.
  • Expertise in researching, drafting, and coordinating threat assessments to support leadership, while adapting analytical processes to meet evolving requirements.

Clearance Requirement:

Top Secret SCI is necessary for this role. This position is part of our Federal Solutions team, dedicated to providing resources that ensure mission success for our government clients worldwide.
