Serve as an Intelligence Staff Officer with focus as the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Analytic Outreach (AO) program manager
Maintain frequent contact with NGIC analytical elements, consumers of NGIC intelligence production to facilitate communication with these partners
Analyze intelligence analysis and production processes and requirements to anticipate policy, operational, and technological impacts.

Manage community outreach and engagement campaigns to convey information, build attitudes and conduct stakeholder outreach about NGIC initiatives and programs.

Oversees the management of Analytic Outreach contracting efforts, which is the NGIC's central vehicle for resourcing analytic outreach activities.

Performs duties as Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on existing and future contracts.

Provides oversight of analytic subject matter expert embed program, serving as lead coordinator with the Center's human resources and analytic leadership.

Provides oversight of public and private analytic subject matter expert/talent exchanges.

Develops and manages complex communication plans for specific issues, major projects and events, while strategically addressing the needs of the Center and targeted public and private industry audiences.
