Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the senior subject matter expert (SME) for comprehensive intelligence production.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to investigate intricate concepts and topics.
  • Oversee research and coordination for various projects.
  • Facilitate instruction and interaction with small groups regarding data and information requirements.
  • Lead the team in generating reports that incorporate both text and graphics to effectively communicate complex ideas to senior policymakers.
  • Ensure that final deliverables meet customer quality standards and adhere to intelligence oversight guidelines.


Essential Qualifications:


A Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 20 years of experience in intelligence analysis, with a portion of that experience within the last 2 years.

At least 7 years of experience in supporting targeting, special activities, special mission units, and special operations planning, along with interagency special collection assets.

Proven ability to research, create, develop, and present professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports.

In-depth knowledge of intelligence oversight and security protocols.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience applying quantitative and qualitative analytical methods, including the design and management of statistical models and enterprise-wide surveys.

Familiarity with cutting-edge intelligence analysis tools.

Specialized training from recognized intelligence collection and analysis institutions or certifications.

Experience in targeting methodologies and tradecraft.

Understanding of network analysis.

Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including metadata management techniques and data modeling.

Expertise in Army structure and defense-level intelligence operations, including collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence products.

Extensive knowledge and experience with intelligence automated systems, particularly in imagery analysis and signals intelligence.

PMP Certification (or equivalent).



Security Clearance Required:

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Special Operations Support.
Experience leading teams of 10 or more personnel.

Compensation:


Pay Range: $131,000 - $237,350. The compensation for this position is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary.

Factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the role, education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
