Service Sales Coordinator

We are currently in search of a Service Sales Coordinator to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all order-to-cash processes for parts sales, ensuring consistent communication with the Service Sales Director, sales representatives, and clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal service sales teams to coordinate efforts within shared service territories.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding parts orders and service inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls related to parts orders and provide timely updates.
- Schedule service jobs based on customer purchase orders or approved quotes.
- Oversee the dispatch and scheduling of both shop and field service repairs using our computer systems.
- Maintain an organized weekly technician service schedule and distribute it accordingly.
- Ensure prompt responses and regular updates to customers regarding their orders.
- Update and manage parts orders in our systems, including Sales Force and Power BI.
- Facilitate the closing of approved parts orders for invoicing, including processing payments.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including purchase orders, quotes, and other relevant paperwork to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Project a professional and knowledgeable image to enhance company branding.
- Perform all duties in alignment with company standards, focusing on understanding customer needs and expectations.
- Engage in cross-training with inside sales functions to provide backup support as needed.
