PARTS SALES SPECIALIST:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Parts Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to assist them in acquiring the necessary parts for their equipment.
Your daily tasks will include assessing customer parts requirements using literature, software tools, and your parts expertise, while recommending suitable parts or services.
Additionally, you will maintain an organized and tidy warehouse, deliver parts to customers, manage shipping and receiving tasks, and more. Success in this role requires excellent relationship-building skills and a positive attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Demonstrable experience in a parts counter role or relevant mechanical/service background.
Familiarity with parts inventory management.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers via phone and in-person, aimed at promoting company parts and services.
Above-average computer proficiency and organizational abilities.
COMPENSATION:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
