Parts Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
As a Parts Sales Specialist, you will engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to fulfill their equipment parts requirements. Your daily tasks will include assessing customer needs using various resources, including literature and computer systems, and providing recommendations for parts or services. Additionally, you will maintain an organized and clean warehouse, deliver parts to customers, manage shipping and receiving tasks, and more. Success in this role hinges on your ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while exhibiting a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proven experience in parts counter operations or relevant mechanical/service background.
- Familiarity with parts inventory management.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with customers via phone and in person to promote company parts and services.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
