Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining the health and well-being of clients, and managing staffing and labor hours.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining open communication with conservators, family, service coordinators, and other client representatives/advocates regarding client health, well-being, and quality of life.
  • Managing staffing and labor hours to provide the highest quality care and support to clients.
  • Overseeing daily business operations, including client notes documentation, medication audits, personal and incidental funds disbursement and audits, physical plant inspections, maintenance of client and staff files, time card review and amendments, and conducting annual performance evaluations.
  • Attending trainings as mandated by Regional Centers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 3 years of experience in a direct service agency, or a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience.
  • Adult Residential Facility Certification (ARF).
  • DSP I and DSP II certificates.
  • CPR/FA and CPI certification.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
