Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range for our Service Coordinators, depending on experience and qualifications. The estimated salary for this position is $24.63-$31.43 per hour.

Job Description:

As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing case management and advocacy services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients and their families in acquiring and maintaining assessed supports and services, serving as an advocate within the community, consulting with vendors, participating in Individual Program Plan development, and completing required documentation and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients and their families in obtaining and retaining necessary support services
  • Serve as an advocate within the community to ensure client needs are met
  • Consult with vendors to facilitate certifications, applications, and referrals
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Program Plans
  • Complete all required documentation and reports in accordance with regulations and ACRC policies

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have strong time management and organizational abilities. One year of professional experience in social work or a related field is preferred, particularly in the area of developmental disabilities. Proficiency in Spanish is also desirable.
