Job Overview: Associa is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Community Engagement Manager (CEM) to enhance our team in Oakland Park, FL.

As a Community Engagement Manager, you will collaborate closely with our clients and service providers, while also partnering with various Associa departments.

Your Impact:
The Community Engagement Manager (CEM) contributes to the company's growth by:

  • Serving as the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as necessary.
  • Visiting client associations to participate in board meetings, conduct inspections, perform walk-throughs, and attend community events as required.
  • Preparing annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statement packages for all homeowners, ensuring timely distribution as mandated by state regulations or governing documents.
  • Reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring management summaries are submitted to the Association Board of Directors.
  • Providing and/or overseeing recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding significant capital expenditures necessary for maintaining the community's desired appearance and functionality.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A valid Florida Community Association Manager License (LCAM).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong business communication skills (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.).
  • Expertise in customer service and conflict resolution.
  • Able to work effectively with others in both individual and group settings.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective and professional communication skills via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
