Core Responsibilities

  • Evaluate projects to guarantee a well-defined scope
  • Develop project budgets to achieve optimal financial results
  • Effectively manage project finances
  • Oversee payment arrangements and collections
  • Offer guidance and support to Project Estimators
  • Establish realistic timelines for project completion
  • Supervise subcontractors and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction
  • Address conflicts and warranty concerns
  • Monitor adherence to safety regulations
  • Engage in marketing initiatives and uphold company standards

Project Authorization Levels

  • Project Directors: projects up to $250,000
  • Senior and Executive Project Directors: no project value limits

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in restoration
  • 3+ years as an Estimator or Project Manager specializing in disaster restoration
  • 2+ years as a Project Director with excellent performance evaluations
  • Certifications in IICRC and Xactimate are mandatory
  • Strong expertise in water, fire, and mold remediation
