About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Manager at CBRE, you will lead a national team in developing and executing marketing strategies to help industrial commercial real estate owners market their assets to prospective occupants and their brokers. This role requires a master marketer with strong leadership capabilities and a natural strategic thinker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the CBRE Calibre Creative Group for our Industrial Product nationally
  • Build relationships with sales teams and clients to determine the correct marketing strategy for their listings
  • Develop and present sample materials and go-to-market strategies for large pitches
  • Create, implement, and track marketing plans and budgets for top-tier listings and clients
  • Ideate and present property marketing strategies, plans, and ideas internally and externally
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies
  • Act as a subject matter authority on property marketing strategy
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously with limited direction
  • Champion the career development of team members and continual improvement of work product
  • Prepare and present marketing reports for management and clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups
  • Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles using distinctive style
  • Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
