About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will lead integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue opportunities. You will partner closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaign strategies that leverage compelling content and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and revenue opportunities.

  • Lead the building and execution of campaign strategy that leverages compelling, content-based vertical and persona messaging for demand gen programs.
  • Own driving strategy by bringing the messaging to targeted audiences through a variety of marketing tactics.
  • Create, execute, and communicate about internally integrated marketing programs segmented to target audiences for the goal of sourcing pipeline.
  • Orchestrate account-based marketing strategies with sales and business development teams to drive demand in defined accounts.
  • Own and manage relationships with multiple vendors for content creation and distribution.
  • Manage and execute all webinar programs by soliciting content from subject matter experts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the target audience to build and train a segmentation strategy across global marketing.
  • Research competitive campaigns and identify ways to differentiate Calabrio's messaging and go-to-market campaigns to drive target market engagement.
  • Foster cross-functional relationships with marketing teams to align on-demand generation goals and execute projects effectively.
  • Support demand generation team-owned processes by strategizing, developing, executing, and optimizing tactics while monitoring execution for efficiency improvements.
  • Create content-driven nurturing campaigns to further qualify leads and increase funnel velocity.
  • Align with Sales on priorities, process and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure demand gen program ROI and effectiveness.
  • Tightly manage marketing program budgets, partners and vendors.
  • Measure, analyze and report on funnel and individual campaign performance to continually refine demand gen programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Ability to demonstrate owning end-to-end marketing campaigns designed to hit defined targeted audiences with the end goal of driving qualified leads into the marketing pipeline.
  • Demonstrate understanding of modern marketing framework, especially around account-based marketing.
