Job Title: Senior Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Project Manager to join our team at RJM Technologies, Inc. in Washington, DC. This is a 12-month consulting opportunity with a hybrid schedule that supports remote work on Monday and Friday and on-site Tuesday through Thursday in our Washington, DC office.

Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Project Manager will coordinate the PMs of individual stakeholder teams across the enterprise, ensuring the timely completion of project objectives and scope. This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement marketing and product-related projects, orchestrating internal and external stakeholder teams.
  • Establish project workspace and communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed regarding project status, issues, and impacts.
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities to streamline processes and develop new procedures that support the business unit/department.
  • Manage to milestones rather than to tasks, ensuring the timely completion of project objectives and scope.
Qualifications:
  • Senior Project Managers with experience managing technical and non-technical projects, preferably in marketing-related subjects.
  • Soft skills are critical, including the ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority, and balancing when to push the team and when to be flexible.
  • Ability to manage and lead through ambiguity, thinking proactively and collaborating with many levels of staff.
  • Effective project management skills are crucial, with prior experience working with cross-functional teams on complex projects.
