Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Sparks Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality results and meet business objectives.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services, including email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, challenges, and opportunities to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation in digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of marketers.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, certificates, and experience in areas of related discipline.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet both short- and long-term deadlines.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels, including email, advertising, and content, and how to use them to generate demand for an organization's products or services.
  • Proven analytical skills to inform and support critical decisions and derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate marketing campaigns, results, and project updates across multiple teams and stakeholders.
