Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
* Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT departments to ensure alignment of goals, strategies, and tactics.
* Drive the generation and conversion of leads, with a particular focus on expanding our reach to out-of-market prospects.
* Create innovative content and campaigns, crafting compelling marketing narratives and strategies that resonate with target audiences, drive brand engagement, and amplify lead generation efforts across multiple platforms.
* Manage and optimize marketing budgets to support volume growth and market share expansion across all dealership locations.
* Utilize business analytics tools to identify sales opportunities, market trends, and areas for enhancing customer experience.
* Spearhead projects that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
* Maintain continuous communication with the Sales Director, IT Director, and Operations Director, providing regular updates and reports.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in marketing, CRM systems, and project management, preferably in the automotive, RV, or boating industries.
* Demonstrated ability to strategize, implement, and maintain marketing and system integration initiatives that drive business growth.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a track record of managing budgets and completing projects on time.
