**Key Responsibilities:**
- Meet or exceed personal sales targets by providing a world-class customer experience and promoting our products effectively.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns in a professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to company policies and procedures, and supporting colleagues as needed.
**Requirements:**
- 6 months of face-to-face customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Preference given to candidates who can speak multiple languages, including Cantonese and/or Spanish.
