Your Role

As a structural engineer, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and calculating movable and load-bearing structures for photovoltaic systems, heliostats, and parabolic troughs. You will work in a highly motivated, self-organized, and interdisciplinary team with physicists, energy technicians, civil engineers, mechanical engineers, drive and electrical engineers, and aerospace engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design movable and load-bearing structures for solar energy systems
  • Work closely with the team to develop innovative solar concepts
  • Lead and further develop projects worldwide in close coordination with management
  • Communicate with cooperation partners and clients externally
  • Act as a supportive sparring partner for the team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for solar energy and a strong background in structural engineering. You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with the team and clients.
